Return Policy

 Sideshow Annie Costume Parlour is happy to provide you with a refund/exchange if:

• the goods you have purchased are faulty

• are unfit for their purpose (they don’t do what they are supposed to do);

• do not match the description or sample you were shown

• have defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention when you bought them 

We do not refund for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase and notify us of your concern so we can discuss your exchange/refund. Please direct all refund enquiries to sideshowannie@gmail.com

If returning clothing items for a size exchange, all packaging and tags must be intact and/or attached to the item the same way they were when you received them or your return/exchange may be refused and sent back to you.

Any additional postage amounts due to returning your items will not be subsidised by Sideshow Annie
