Our shipping rates are as follows:
Flat rate of $9.95 postage for all items
The cost of your shipping is calculated as a flat rate of postage, which means it doesn't matter how many items you buy, the price of postage stays the same. All items are sent through Australia Post using their registered postage service. The cost of registering your item ($2.95) is already included in the shipping cost.
Shipping for items sent back to the store for refunds is at the customers expense. For more information on refunding an online purchase, please see our Refund Policy page.
In most cases, your item will be posted out to you the following day after purchase. If, in the event of your item haing sold out that day, we may need to place an order with our supplier before sending it on to you. This usually only takes an extra two days. We will notify you via email if there is to be any further delays than this. Once posted we will send you details of the tracking number so you may track your item through the Australia Post website.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to arrive and contact your local Post Office before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of your purchase.
If you require express postage, you must email us in advance before purchasing to make sure this is ok for the item you want.
Soon our shipping policy will be changed to the following, once all our items have been weighed and the weight entered into the online listing for each product:
Items weighing up to 500gms will cost $7.20
Items weighing up to 3kg will cost $11.20
Items weighing up to 5kg will cost $14.50
All items will still be sent using Australia Post. This service will still be trackable on its way to you to make sure your parcel does not get lost.
